We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SmartGarage Tools is not responsible for customs delays, additional fees, or import taxes applied by your country.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.


Damaged or Lost Packages

SmartGarage Tools is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing items, please contact us at ilialucky2003@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
